Gloria provided the best customer service. I will definitely be placing an order in the future. I ordered the Spring Waltz bouquet for my daughters birthday. She made modifications for me and sent me pictures for my approval before setting out to deliver them. They were so beautiful. I also asked her if she could make a small bouquet to include for my granddaughter, and she went out of her way! I ordered the Spring Waltz arrangement from Metamorphosis Flower Shop for my wife’s birthday, and let me tell you—she now thinks I have a secret talent for picking out the most stunning flowers. I may or may not have let her believe that for a minute. The flowers were ridiculously fresh, like they had just been whispered to by a fairy in a secret garden. The staff kept me updated throughout the process, making me feel like an absolute flower-ordering mastermind. And the delivery driver? Super friendly—like the kind of person you’d trust to guard your houseplants while you’re on vacation.
